Austria: Listen I've been thinking, me and the guy you replaced have worked together all this time and I think it best if you leave Munich and Greece so that I can take them now.
Italy: But wait a minute, doesn't that mean you will get not 1 but 2 builds next year?
Austria: Yes. That would be correct.
Italy: And doesn't that also mean I would lose not 1 but 2 centers and be forced to remove 2 units from the board?
Austria: Also correct, yes. And the issue is exactly?

Italy: Now how does that work if you're building 2 units and I"m removing 2 units. Right now I have 5 units and you have 5 units. If I take 2 off and you add 2 won't that disrupt the balance of power?

Italy: Well in math if one person has 7 units and the other has 3 units, that means the guy with 7 units has more than the guy with 3 units.
