The adjudication is in! No NMR's, but we do have retreats this season.
German A Holland can retreat to Ruhr or OTB.
Turkish F Bulgaria(ec) can retreat to Constantinople or Black Sea or OTB.
GM Note: In spite of the best efforts put forth by the Turkish army in Ankara, the Italian fleet in the Ionian did not make it off the planet. Defeated and tired, the troops returned to their barracks where they all agreed it was still easier to try throwing a fleet out of orbit than to understand the rules of cricket.
