Building off a post from geojanes, I would like to point out some of the oddities of this game. He linked the following site:

This site studied 600 games in the 1990s and gives percentages on, among other things, center ownership after 1901. We don't have anything at 0%, but the following are quite uncommon:

Austria owning Munich: 0.5%
Italy owning Greece: 3.2%
Italy owning Trieste: 12%
Russia owning Budapest: 2.3%
Turkey owning Rumania: 8.2%

And if you read further down on the page, we find that Bulgaria is the least likely center to remain unowned in the winter of 1901. It's a fascinating game so far, guys!
