I wonder if AR considered A bul-Con, A arm-Ank, F bla supports A arm-Ank, f gre-Bul supported by A Rum (or vice-versa--would block Turkish attack on Bulgaria and not dislodge because of no self-dislodgment rule). Of course there would be trust issues involved, but otherwise they would be sure to take a Turkish center...
