Well, guess what? I just read the rules, and it says that I should give a deadline in GMT. I can't believe this. I'm a firm believer in American Exceptionalism, I don't want to mess with GMT. This is like forcing me to measure my height in centimeters.

Oh well... so, 7 a.m. CDT is Noon GMT. That'll change in early November when CDT becomes CST.
