Turn 14 Summary

Rund hustles down the Senna Straight at 160 and into the 2nd lap. He tries to shake a tail but they're having none of it.

Bauska, at 160, picks up the bumper of the #64. Ling, at 140 and the bonus, stays with his benefactor.

Beckman drops to 100 and goes outer rail in Murrays. MacDonald, at 100, coughs up a wear to run the Murrays line and drops in front of the #43.

Tatum burns a wear on the line at 100. Peeples, at 120, drops two wear in Murrays and is gifted a tailpipe.

Brandt, at 120, runs the inside Coram line for free. Fritz, at 120 and the bonus, goes through the Coram 120's and takes inside position on the #18.

Rae scrapes off two tires as he dives into Coram at 160 on the inside red line. Harley scrubs two at 180 through Bomb Hole before picking up the outer red line at Coram.

Rund is through Riches at 160. Bauska stays in formation at 140 and the slip. Ling also keeps up with the conga line at 140 plus the bonus.

Tatum gets the initiative at 160 to pull into the #48's exhaust. Beckman scoots down the Senna at 140 and the bonus.

Peeples picks up a new bumper at 140 and the slip.

Fritz gets the initiative at 120 and sheds two wear in the 80's. Brandt eases down to 80 to take the Murrays line for free.

Harley burns two as he hits the Murrays line to clear.

Rund plots 100 then late brakes to 80 with his last skill (modified 2). He clogs up Montreal on the line for a wear.

Bauska, at 100, scrubs two wear on the outside and gets hung. Ling, at 100, burns two on the line, also hung but expecting it.

MacDonald cruises around Riches at 140.

Tatum, at 140 and the bonus, challenges the black machine. Beckman tucks in on the #48 at 140.

Peeples joins the crowd at 140 and the slip.

Rae gets the initiative as he pushes to 180 with 2s (modified 6). Fritz scoots along the Senna Straight at 140.

Brandt challenges the Dawgs car at 140 and the bonus. Harley makes contact by pushing to 200 (natural 7).

Rund hits the gas and knocks off a wear on the outside of Palmer at 140.

Both Bauska & Ling finish Montreal at 100 and settle in front of Palmer.

Beckman, at 100, tosses two pellets on the outer rail. Peeples plots 100 then late brakes to 80 w/ 1s (modified 8). He drops a wear on the Montreal line.

Rae pulls up to Montreal on the line at 140.

Brandt gets the initiative at 160 and takes the inside. Fritz, at 140, tucks in.

Harley keeps the pressure on at 180 and is no longer in last!

Rund is clear of Palmer at 140.

Bauska knocks down a wear at 140 on the outer rail. Ling, also at 140, dives to the inside for two wear and gets in front of the #44.

MacDonald finds the Palmer exit row at 100. Tatum, at 120, goes outer rail for free.

Peeples pushes the engine w/ 1s to go 140 (modified 11). Ooof! He takes damage and has to bring his speed down to 100*. Beckman now has initiative at 140 but, with no place to go, he late brakes with 1w and goes behind the green machine for free. Peeps can move now and goes inside.

Rae drops to 80 and burns a wear on the Montreal line.

Harley gets the initiative at 120. He late brakes with dice (natural 2) and tosses two wear on the line. Brandt, at 100, goes outer rail for two and finishes inside.

Fritz sloughs off two wear at 100 on the Montreal racing line.

Harley gets initiative at 160. He burns two wear in Palmer and extends the line. Rae clears Palmer at 100 on the inside.

Brandt cruises to the outer rail at 120 for free. Fritz, at 100, takes the inside but, alas, cannot use the bonus.

Tatum finds the exit row of Agostini at 100 on the line. Beckman, at 120, gets shoved to the outer rail and burns a wear.

Peeples dives inside of Beckman at 100 and the bonus on the line. Harley grabs the Agostini racing line at 100.

Rae pulls to the inside of the yellow machine at 140.

Brandt is out of Palmer at 120. Fritz gets on his bumper at 100.

Rund slows to 60 to clear Oggies for free. Ling, also at 60, does the same.

Bauska really wants to clear Oggies: He burns one wear in Hamilton at 100 before knocking down two more in Oggies. MacDonald, at 100, goes outside in Hamilton and sets up the O-line.

Tatum, at 100, scrubs a wear on the inside of Hamilton.

Peeples increases speed to 120, as allowed, and goes outside Hamilton for a wear. Beckman had plotted 120 but must late brake with 2s (modified 1) and hollers "get out of the way, Grandma!"

Rae shreds two tires at 140 in Agostini. Harley runs the line at 100 for free.

Brandt clears Agostini at 100 on the racing line. Fritz, at 120, goes outer rail at a cost of one wear.

Peeples plots 80 then late brakes to 60 w/ 1s (modified 8) and occupies the line. Hancock clears Oggies on the outside at 100 for two pellets.

Rae, at 100, goes outside Hamilton before shedding two in Oggies.

Brandt runs Hamilton on the outside for free at 100. Fritz, at 120, clips two tires in the Hamilton 80 to move out of the last spot.

Peeples pushes his engine w/ 1s (modified 7) and is through Williams. Beckman, at 100, goes outer rail to clear.

Rae pumps the gas pedal to 120 but, with no place to go, grabs the dice cup and brakes to 100 (natural 7). He's hung on the Williams line. Harley drops two wear on the Oggies line and is into Williams on the outer rail.

Fritz burns a wear at 80 via the Oggies line. Brandt slows to 60 and clears Oggies.

MacDonald tucks into the Brundle cubby hole at 160. Tatum keeps the pace at 160.

Peeples tosses in a skill to hit 140 (modified 4). Beckman uses a skill to go 160 (modified 3) and challenges the orange machine.

Rae and Harley each finish out Williams at 100 with yellow setting up right behind red.

Fritz throws in two pellets as he careens around the Williams line at 140 to pick up a position. Brandt clears the Williams line at 100 for free.

MacDonald scrubs a wear at 120 via the Brundle/Nelson 100's. Tatum runs the complex for free at 100 on the line.

Peeples gets the B-N racing line at 120 for a wear. Beckman burns a wear through the 100's.

Fritz gains the initiative at 160 with 1s on the engine (modified 3). He then tosses two wear and a red chip onto the B-N line (modified 9). Spin! Rae, at 140, takes the cubby hole.

Harley sets up the red line at 120 and the bonus. Brandt gains space at 160 down the Bentley Straight.

Peeples scrubs a wear at 140 in Bomb Hole to challenge the green racer. Beckman goes outer rail at 140 for free.

Rae burns two wear in the B-N 100's at 140 then puts in another to enter Bomb Hole on the inside. Fritz recovers from his spin at 20 and sits on the line.

Harley, with no line available, takes the 100's for free. Brandt clears B-N on the 100's at 100.

Turn 27 Summary

Rund takes the Murrays arrow for free at 100 (wear already paid) and asks for the middle lane. Ling drops a 2nd wear (one already paid) on the Murrays line and takes over the lead.

Bauska over-brakes to 100 with 1s (modified 10). Uh oh... that's one wear of brake damage, his last. He can't brake again so 2s go on the chance roll on the Murrays line (modified 6). Yay!

MacDonald takes the Coram line at 120 and sets up the Murrays line for free.

Tatum whips through Coram at 160 on the line for two wear and drops inside of the the black racer. Peeples takes the outside Coram racing line at 140 for free.

Beckman picks up the inside Coram line at 140. Rae continues at 140 and stays inside the whole way.

Harley drops the hammer to 180 and scrubs two wear in Bomb Hole. Brandt goes 140 outer rail for free in Bomb Hole.

Fritz uses 1s on the engine test to hit 80 (modified 9).
