Moratto tries for 100 but has to stand on the brakes to avoid traffic
Dygert keeps pace at 80
Bauska at 60 loses the lead pack
MacDonald falls in behind the green race car at 40

Welage extends the peloton coming off the grid at 40
Harley zooms to the middle lane at 20
Brandt pushes to 40 joining the queue on the inside
Kay does 60 falling in in front of Harley (NPR 2, 1w)

Turn 2 notes:

The field piles into Tarzan corner

Blizzard clears the first corner at 100 on the line dropping one wear
McConchie gets the initiative out of the 3-way at 120 shedding two wear around the outside
LaMorte takes the line at 100 knocking off one wear
Harrington also does 100 swinging wide in the corner for free

Moratto starts at 120 then brakes into the outside lane behind Harrington
Dygert does 100 diving to the inside of the corner scrubbing off two wear
Bauska pushes to 120 choosing the inside approach to the corner
MacDonald gets a slip at 120 to start the racing line

Kay gets to 120 picking up one position
Welage plots 100 and with a slip keeps up with the green race car
Brandt at 120 attaches to Kay
Harley maxes his big acceleration getting to 100

Some jockeying through the slow corners

Blizzard starts the Hugenholtz racing line at 100
McConchie maintains 120 to the inside and P1 for now
LaMorte holds steady at 100 onto the line
Dygert finishes the Tarzan 60s at 100 wear paid

Harrington drops one wear in the 80s to continue at 100
Moratto sheds one wear around the outside of Tarzan at 100
Bauska hugs the inside of the corner at 80 dropping one wear
MacDonald takes an RM plot around the racing line at 80

Welage scrubs off two wear through the 60s at 100
Kay uses one wear to clear the corner through the 60s at 80
Brandt chooses the racing line at 100 for one wear
Harley follows the black machine for the same one wear cost

Note: I had taken a wear off LaMorte last turn, just forgot to put
it in the chart.

A big backup in Hugenholtz

McConchie drops two wear through the 40s at 80
Blizzard takes the line at 60 for free
Dygert scrubs off one wear around the outside at 80
LaMorte does 60 on the line and picks up P3

Harrington tosses in one wear for the 60s at 80
Moratto has to brake from 100 for the racing line
Bauska also needs a late brake to 80 with no room for a 100 move
Welage is the third driver to want 100 but has to settle for 80

MacDonald approaches on the inside lane at 80
Kay does 80 off Tarzan and starts the line behind Welage
Brandt finishes the Tarzan line at 80
Harley does the same at 100 wear paid

The majority of the field strings out after the tight corners

McConchie hits the Jan de Wyker inner 100 at 120 shedding one wear
Blizzard does 120 to the inside
Dygert is off Hugenholtz at 140 challenging for P2
LaMorte can get to 100 out of the corner

Harrington can accelerate to 100 wear paid
Moratto holds steady at 80 finishing the Hugenholtz racing line
Bauska finishes the outside lane at 80 wear paid (see note 1)
MacDonald sheds two wear to take the 40s at 80

Welage slows slightly to 60 taking the line for free
Kay scrubs off one wear around the outside at 80
Harley starts at 120 then has to brake to 80 taking the line
Brandt at 80 tosses in one wear in the 60s

Note 1: Bauska should have used a wear last turn. The chart is now correct.

Note 2: Hurricane Milton is due to hit Florida on Wednesday. If you don't get the turn
results on Wednesday hang in there, I'll get them out as soon as possible.

A cahllenge for the lead; only two side-by-side battles at this point

McConchie takes the middle lane of Scheivlak at 120 for one wear
Blizzard puts two wear on Wyker at 140, brakes to 120 using two more in the 80s
Dygert takes an RM plot of 100 into the Scheivlak 100s
LaMorte sheds two wear, one each in Wyker and Scheivlak at 120

Harrington gets a slip through Wyker at 100
Moratto is into the corner at 100
MacDonald scrubs off two wear at 140
Bauska evens up in the corner at 120 at a one wear cost

Welage gets a slip at 100
Harley exits Hugenholtz at 120
Kay matches the 120 move
Brandt can accelerate to 100 wear paid to finish the corner

Note: Milton is gone. All is fine, some tree debris (leaves and small branches) but
everything else is intact. Back to our regularly scheduled race already in progress.

Harrington follows on the line at 160
MacDonald gets the initiative out of Scheivlak at 180
Bauska pushes to 180 but then has to stand on the binders
Moratto tucks in behind Bauska at 140 on the line

Welage finishes the 80s at 100 wear paid and starts the Hondenvlak line
Harley maintains 100 to the next racing line
Kay keeps steady at 120 but the line is not available to him
Brandt completes Scheivlak around the outside at 120

McConchie plays follow the leader into the corner for the same one wear cost
Dygert runs the Panorama racing line at 160
MacDonald pushes his engine to 200 tossing in one wear on the line

Harrington at 180 tucks in behind MacDonald
LaMorte tops out at 160 through Panorama
Bauska does 160 putting one wear on the 140 and gets a double slip picking up two positions
Moratto is also at 160 using a slip to stay in touch with the group

Welage takes the Hondenvlak line at 160 and starts the Panorama line
Harley flies through Hondenvlak at 180 knocking off one wear
Kay conserves his tires through the corner at 120
Brandt takes the line at 160 and challenges for P11

Blizzard accelerates to 180 finishing the outside lane of Pulleveld
McConchie does 160 also around the outside wear paid
MacDonald sheds two wear around the outside and finishes in the middle lane
Dygert drops two wear through the middle lane at 140 and maintains P3

Bauska uses two wear and a slip at 140 to make it 3-wide at corner exit
Harrington takes a slip into the outer lane at 140 for one wear
LaMorte kicks in two wear using a slip around the outside
Moratto is one wear lighter taking the outside with a slip at 140

Welage does 180 through Panorama on the line choosing to finish middle
Harley uses one slip space at 180 to duck inside of Welage and pick up a spot
Brandt pushes hard to 200 leaving one wear on the Panorama line
Kay loses touch with the black machine at 160

The chase "pack" become a chase "line" to start lap 2

Blizzard starts the second lap grabbing the Tarzan line at 140
McConchie makes up a length at 160
Dygert comes out of the 3-way first pushing to 180
MacDonald tucks in behind Dygert at 160

Bauska likewise does 160 keeping even with the orange race car
Harrington exits the corner at 160 finishing inside
LaMorte finishes Pulleveld at 160 and tacks on to the line
Moratto follows the brown machine making the line 5 deep

Harley sheds one wear through the middle lane at 120
Welage has to stand on the brakes to follow through the middle at 100
Brandt brakes hard before taking the outside lane at 120
Kay also swings wide at 140 kicking in one wear
