The white flag comes out as we enter the final lap!
Turn 24 Summary
Hoyt rumbles across the line with the lead in the final lap. At 140, he selects the outside arrow. Collins continues at 120 and puts his nose into lap 3.
Herbert saves wear at 80 on the Laktar line. Needham clears Laktar on the line at 80.
Dent, at 100, gets the initiative. He burns a wear on the North line and two more in the Laktar 60 to move into fourth place. Blanchett, at 80, goes outer rail in North and sets up the Laktar line.
Koerber, at 80, saves wear on the outside of North before hugging the inside. Selbyg hits the North line at 80 for free and has position on the #39.
Johnson hits 160 on the approach to North. Pawlak is on the backstretch at a sedate 120.
Searles drops the hammer to 180! He uses his big chip to avoid the dice entirely.

Turn 25 Summary
Hoyt scrubs a tire at 100 on the outer arrow. Collins burns one at 80 on the inside line.
Herbert sets up the Start Curve at 120 on the outer line. Dent, at 120, picks up his bumper.
Needham settles for the inside line at 140. Note: The chart should have John & Rando flipped.
Blanchett gets the initiative at 120 and drops his last two wear on the Laktar line. Selbyg clips two tires at 100 on the inside 60.
Koerber runs the Laktar line for free at 80. Johnson deposits a pellet into the North line at 100.
Searles gets the initiative at 160. Uh oh... that would take him into North and then the kitty litter. The RM late brakes him down to 140 with a wear on the line. Pawlak, at 140, has to settle for the inside.

Turn 26 Summary
Hoyt knocks down a wear at 100 on the Opel line.
Collins finishes out Start Curve at 80, missing an opportunity to nudge his speed. Herbert burns two at 120 on the outside line to challenge for 2nd.
Needham sheds two at 100 via the inside racing line. Dent, at 100, clips a tire on the outer line.
Selbyg dives into Startkurvan at 100 on the outer line for a wear. Blanchett pulls up at 80 on the inside line.
Koerber takes an RM plot of 80 (NPR #3: 2w penalty). One more ghost and the black flag comes out. Johnson clears Laktar on the line for free at 80.
Searles gets initiative at 100. He dumps a wear on the North line then two more on the inside of Laktar. Pawlak, at 80, bumps a wear in the North 60 and is also able to clear Laktar for another.

Turn 27 Summary
Hoyt is out of Opel at 100.
Collins and Herbert take turns on the red line at 80 for free.
Needham runs into Opel on the outside at 80 and picks up the blue line. Dent, also at 80, follows the green racer into Opel.
Selbyg finishes Startkurven at 100. Blanchett clears on the inside at 40.
Koerber runs Startkurven on the line at 80 for free to clear. Johnson pulls up at 120 and takes the outside line.
Searles, at 140, takes the inside line and has position on the red machine. Pawlak, at 120, grabs a racing line.

Turn 28 Summary
Hoyt clears Hansen at 60 on the line.
Collins grabs the line at 120. Herbert slides in behind him at 100.
Needham over-plotted 140*. He is re-plotted to his highest legal speed of 120 on the blue line. Dent stays on green's tail, also at 120 via the blue line.
Selbyg clears Opel at 80 on the red line.
Koerber gets initiative at 120. He late brakes before the corner with 2s (modified 6) and dives into Opel on the outside for a wear at 100. Blanchett, at 80, grabs the red line.
Searles bumps a wear at 80 on the inner red. Johnson goes outside line at 80 for free and picks up the bumper on the #9.
Pawlak hits the outer red line at 80 for free.
*Rule: You cannot increase speed AND incur additional wear in a corner on the first space entered. When a car plots above legal speed, the RM lowers it to the highest legal plot.

Turn 29 Summary
Hoyt dives into the Carousel at 80 on the inside rail for a wear.
Collins turns in his last pellet at 80 on the line. Herbert runs the same line for free at 60.
Needham plots 80 but has to go to Plan B. He late brakes (natural 7) to 60 and clears Hansen for free. Dent, at 80, picks up the secondary line.
Selbyg plots 140 but has to rein in the horses. He uses his last skill on the brake roll (modified 9) and settles in on the racing line.
Koerber uses the blue line to hit 120. Blanchett runs the Opel line at 80 for free.
Searles clips a tire at 100 on the Opel red. Johnson, at 80 runs into Opel on the outside.
Pawlak finishes out Startkurven at 80.
Turn 30 Deadline: Wednesday, August 28th @ 8 a.m. EDT (12 noon UTC)

Turn 30 Summary
Hoyt is out of the Carousel at 80. Collins clears the Carousel at 80 for free.
Herbert goes into the corner at 100 and coughs up a wear in the 80's. Needham dives in at 100 on the inside of the Carousel and nicks two wear. He is in podium position.
Dent runs the Hansen outer line at 60 for free. Selbyg drops a wear at 80 on the inside line for a wear and moves up the leaderboard.
Koerber clears Hansen at 80 at a cost of one wear.
Blanchett picks up the Hansen line at 100. Searles stays on his bumper at 100.
Johnson hits the gas and runs the blue line at 120. Pawlak takes an RM plot of 80 to clear Opel (NPR #1: Warning).

Herbert makes a big move!
Turn 31 Summary
Hoyt, at 60, clears Gislaved on the line. Collins does the same, also at 60.
Needham burns a wear at 100 on the outer rail of Gislaved. Herbert goes to plan B at 100. He pulls off the forced pass on the #22 (natural 7) then scrubs two wear and passes a chance roll through the corner (natural 3). He finds himself in 2nd place - wow!
Selbyg clips two tires at 120 through the Carousel 80's. Dent clears the Carousel at 80 on the inner rail.
Koerber runs into the Carousel at 80 for a wear.
Blanchett takes Hansen on the inside line at 60 for free and finishes outside. Searles, also at 60, is through Hansen.
Johnson is pushed to the secondary racing line at 100. He sheds two wear to clear. Pawlak sets up Hansen on the line at 120.

Turn 32 Summary
Hoyt grabs the dice cup and flies through the inside South line at 100 with his last wear and the red chip (modified 3). Woot! Herbert takes an RM plot of 120, burns all his wear, and clears South on the outside red (NPR #1: Warning).
Needham has the initiative at 100. He dives into South on the line and coughs up two wear. Collins, at 80, grabs the outside line.
Selbyg, at 80, runs Gislaved on the outer rail for free. Dent clears Gislaved at 60 on the line.
Koerber grabs the Gislaved line at 80.
Blanchett takes the Carousel on the inside at 60. Searles follows the black machine in, also at 60.
Johnson scrubs a wear at 100 in the middle Carousel lane. Pawlak is through Hansen at 60 via the red line.

Hoyt hustles down the backstretch at 140. Herbert challenges at 140 and the bonus.
Needham picks up speed to 120 and is lurking with a wear in pocket. Collins clears South at 80 for free.
Selbyg also clears, burning a wear at 100. Dent picks up the inside line at 80.
Koerber runs Gislaved at 60 on the line.
Blanchett dives into Gislaved on the outer rail at 80. Johnson, at 100, sheds two wear on the Gislaved line to clear.
Searles pulls up to Gislaved at 80.* Pawlak clears the Carousel at 100 as he dumps his last tire.
*I think Oliver should be on the inside but it doesn't matter anyway.

The dice cup starts to heat up. It may be a constant presence through the finish.
Turn 34 Summary
Hoyt, at 140, picks up the North line. Herbert, also at 140, ducks to the inside and has the lead.
Needham runs down the straight at 140.
Collins slams the gas pedal to 140 with 2s on the engine check (modified 4). Selbyg pulls alongside at 160.
Dent takes is easy through South on the inside line at 60. Koerber knocks off a wear at 100 on the outer racing line.
Johnson dives into South at 120 and clips two tires on the outer line. Blanchett clears Gislaved at 80.
Searles conserves at 60 on the racing line. Pawlak grabs the dice cup at 100 and tosses 2s onto the chance roll (modified 3). He's around Gislaved and with all that skill in pocket, I'm expecting more rolls to come!

Lots of dice, not all good!
Turn 35 Summary
Herbert plots 100, moves one space and late brakes to 80 (natural 6). He goes outer rail and blocks the line. Hoyt also plots 100 before late braking w/ 2s (modified 4). With the line out of commission, he goes outside for free and re-takes first on position.
Needham clears North at 100 with his last wear on the line.
Selbyg gets the initiative at 160. He picks up the North line. Collins loses pace at 120.
Dent slams the gas pedal to 120 w/ 2s (modified 7). Koerber challenges at 140.
Johnson increases speed to 140 and picks up the bumper on the blue machine.
Blanchett clears South at 80 on the outer red line. Searles punches it to 120 and runs the inside line plus a successful chance roll w/ 1s* (modified 5).
Pawlak attempts 100 on the outside line w/ 2s (modified 10). His race is over as he crashes into the tire barrier!
* No skill mentioned but Oliver had personal defaults in place for 1s.
