T8: Yes, Rando was coming in too hot. He damages the brakes. Three wide going into the narrow part of the track.

T10: Will spends a wear to get the bumper on the Doom Buggy. Stephen & Doug continue to stalk the field.

T11: A conga line develops on the banked corner. Rando leaves a lot of speed on the table as he anticipates nursing his compromised brakes. Brent's is the little engine that could.

T12: Rob is still a turn ahead. Can Will pressure him? Another three-wide going into a narrow part of the track.

T17: Brent challenges Rando and, with a late brake, grabs the line. Rando late brakes to 80, tossing Mike off line.

T26: Brent gets the initiative then hits the brakes before the corner. Doug pushes his beleaguered engine again (two rolls on this one) and drags Stephen along for the ride.

T31: Catastrophe for Mike! He mis-plots with a 200. That's not legal so he has to change it to 180 (next lowest legal speed) still requiring an engine check. The failed check could be a blessing in disguise. Now at 160, he late brakes to 100 with two wear & dice. Two more wear for the corner. Could he have challenged Rob? We'll never know.

T32: Stephen attempts to go off line and force pass Will. That comes to naught as he spins on the chance roll.
