Chris finds James in the same spot as lap 1, he attempts a forced pass but this time a blocking James keeps him behind.
Chris is then forced to late brake fro 100 to 60 with a wear and a roll

Russ not wanting to be behind a spun Chris (requiring a forced pass next turn) chooses to take a chance inside, he spins
James makes a forced pass through a spun Russ
