Brent also stands on the GO pedal to hit 160 (test ACC = 9 OK) and his damaged motor barely complies as he drives to the inside.

Curtis gets the memo and hits the accelerator to get to 200 (test Top 1sk = 8 OK) and swings to the outside.

James speeds up with the corner to 160 over the 140 (paid).

Jim maintains 160 over the 120s (paid).

Franklin slows to 140 over the 120s for 1w.

Chris L. takes the 100/120s at 140 for 2w.

Dave I. does 140 over the 120s for 1w and gets a slip.

Tim tries to hit 200 by standing on the gas (test ACC = 9 OK) but as he hits 180 the car shudders (test Top = 11 FAIL) and he runs at 180…

Curtis also mashes the GO pedal to hit 200 (test Top = 7 OK) and does, crossing P1!

Brent pushes his damaged engine to 180 (test ACC = 7 OK) and it holds together; with 2 slips from Tim, he zips by into P2!

Tim finishes P3 to complete the podium.

James does 160 over the 160s for free and pulls just short of the finish line.

Jim does 160 over the 140s (paid) and pulls behind James.

Dave does 180 over the 140s for 2w and swings outside.

Franklin does 160 over the 140s for 1w and pulls inside.

Turn 37 Summary

James crosses at 160 for P4.

Jim crosses at 160 with a slip for P5.

Dave I. tests Top to hit 200 and makes it (6 OK) to finish P6 and crucially make it 3-wide…

Franklin tries for 220 and succeeds (test Top = 5 OK) but finds a wall of cars and so must late brake - but the brakes fail and he spins having no wear (12 = FAIL). Because of the spin, he finishes last among finishers this turn and is P8.

Chris L. runs at 140 and gets 2 slips; because of Franklin’s spin he finishes P7.

Dave B. finishes the 120/140s at 160 (paid).

Chris B. (NPR1, warning) takes the outside 140s at 180 for 2w.

John takes the 140s at 140 for free.
