Wasn't that the whole point of this Tournament. Play 2 rounds to create a seeding chart and then seperate the field into two list, a premier list and a secondary list. Then the lists would play amongst each other and the worst in the premeir would be regulated to the secondary list and the best in the secondary list would be promoted to the premier list.

Right, I was thinking of that as a whole separate tournament.
