Turn 13 Summary

Hoyt and Dygert trade paint at 160 as they race towards La Source.

Kay and McConchie do the same at 140 with both earning the bonus.

Marshall increases speed to 140 but still loses pace to the lead pack.

Koerber gets initiative at 140. He late brakes with 2s (modified 8) before shedding two wear on the Bus Stop line. Blanchett is next at 120. He dives into the Bus Stop for two wear.

With a blocked track, MacDonald's 120 leaves him in a bind. He hits the brakes (1w) and sets up on the outside.

A new leader (for now)!

Turn 14 Summary

Hoyt plots 140 before late braking in front of the hairpin w/ 1s (modified 6). He takes the line for two wear. Dygert over-brakes to 100 with a wear then runs La Source line for another.

Kay takes the tight turn on the inside at 100 for two wear and the bonus. He has the race lead! McConchie clears La Source at 100 at a cost of two pellets and now sits in third.

Marshall grabs the racing line at 120.

Koerber does not accelerate and is out of the Bus Stop at 120. Blanchett pulls alongside, also at 120.

MacDonald drops two wear in the Bus Stop and picks up the bumper on the blue machine.

Turn 15 Summary

Hoyt retakes the lead at 160 and sets up the green line. Kay goes middle lane at 140 after also crossing into the 2nd lap.

McConchie joins the crowd at 160, outside. Dygert is the 4th car into lap 2 at 160, setting up a three-wide.

Marshall burns a wear at 100 in the hairpin.

Koerber sets up La Source line at 140. Blanchett dives inside, also at 140.

MacDonald at 120 and the bonus, switches to the tailpipe on the #39.

Turn 16 Summary

Hoyt is through the high speed corners at 140 via the green line.

Dygert, at 160, settles for the outside red line and tosses in a pellet for the privilege. McConchie goes next, also at 160. There are no lines available so outside it is for a wear.

Kay goes last and finds the green line wide open. Can it get any easier for the #47? Marshall sets up the green line at 160.

Blanchett burns two wear in the hairpin at 100. Koerber runs La Source line at 100 for a wear. MacDonald dumps two wear into La Source at 100 and picks up position on the blue machine.

Turn 17 Summary

Hoyt cruises down the Kemmel Straight at 160.

Kay challenges the leader at 160 and the bonus. Dygert tucks in on the NAPA Chevy at 160.

McConchie, at 160 and the bonus, takes hold of the wing of the Krogers Chevy.

Marshall is through the high-speed corners of Eau Rouge and Raidillon at 140 on the green.

Blanchett opts the for the green racing line at 160.

Koerber gets the initiative at 180 and settles in on the outside red line. MacDonald, at 160, stays on the tail of the Booyah Chevy.

Turn 18 Summary

Kay gets the initiative, and first place, at 140. He sets up Les Combes on the line. Hoyt eases his machine down to 120 and pulls onto the line behind the #47.

Dygert, at 140, takes inside position. McConchie weaves through traffic at 140 and the bonus and heads to the outside.

Marshall drops the hammer to 180.

Blanchett knocks down a wear at 160 on the green line. Koerber runs the red line for free at 140.

MacDonald, at 140 and the bonus, clears Raidillon via the green line.

Turn 20 Summary

Kay runs to the outside of Rivage at 140 for a wear. McConchie dives inside at 120 and also sheds a wear.

Hoyt, at 100 and the bonus, runs the inner rail in Rivage. Dygert pulls up at 100.

Marshall clears Malmedy on the line at 100.

Blanchett knocks down three wear at 120: Two on Les Combes line and another in Malmedy, outer rail. MacDonald, at 120, runs Les Combes on the outer rail for two pellets and picks up the Malmedy line.

Koerber over-brakes to 100 w/ 1s (modified 10). The smoke from the pads tells it all - he is docked a wear of damage. He burns another wear on Les Combes line.

Kay continues at 140 and picks up the Pouhon line. McConchie clears Rivage at 120.

Hoyt is through Rivage at 100. Dygert stays on the blue machine, also at 100.

Marshall clears Rivage on the inner rail at 100.

Blanchett pulls up to Rivage at 120.

Koerber goes outer rail in Malmedy at 100. MacDonald runs the Malmedy line at 100 and slots between his two competitors.

Turn 22 Summary

Kay clears Pouhon at 140 on the line. McConchie, at 160, scrubs a wear and challenges the leader.

Hoyt finds the exit row in Pouhon at 140. Dygert stays on him at 140 but can't use the bonus.

Marshall takes an RM plot of 140 and sets up Pouhon on the line. Note: Craig is always first in with his plots. The one time he isn't, I fail to send a reminder. Sorry, Craig!

Bob burns a wear in Rivage at 120. MacDonald does the same and pulls even with the slip.

Koerber loses contact at 100 and the bonus.

Turn 23 Summary

McConchie gets the initiative and the lead at 120. He burns two wear on the line. Kay knocks down a wear on the line at 100.

Hoyt starts Fagnes on the line at 120 for two pellets. Dygert slows to 100.

Marshall takes his 2nd RM plot in as many turns (NPR #2 for a one wear penalty). He runs the line at 140. You ok, Craig?

Blanchett sheds a wear at 160 on the Pouhon line. MacDonald tosses two wear at 160 on the inside and gains position.

Koerber starts Pouhon on the line at 140.

Turn 24 Summary

McConchie rounds Stavelot at 140. Kay, also at 140, stays on his bumper.

Hoyt is in Stavelot at 120 (missing the opportunity to increase speed a 2nd time!). Dygert knocks down two wear at 120 on the Fagnes line.

Marshall, with his third NPR of the lap gets called in to the paddock with the black flag. He has been in contact and is expected to be on the grid for the next race.

MacDonald clears Fagnes on the line at 120 for two wear. Blanchett, also at 120, gets pushed to the outside and must chip in two wear as well.

Koerber sets up the line for Fagnes at 140.
