1) September roster expansion:
a. Rosters are expanded by two bench slots two days prior to the first day of the playoffs.
b. Three days prior, all players go on waivers for 24 hours.
c. This does not affect playoff acquisition rules.
2) Replace Wins with QA4
Note: This is the same amendment that narrowly lost last year.
3) Allow trading of auction cash.
Note: I think Corey's proposal is too complex. This one may not get on the ballot this year.
4) Pitcher specific slots.
Replace 8P slots with 4SP + 2RP + 2P slots.
5) Allow any player with a red flag to be placed in an IL slot.
Note: The current rule is that a player must be on the MLB IL.
