Should she go to jail? I say yes, if found guilty.

Given the relatively small amount involved I don't think she will go to jail for it if she is convicted or pleads, particularly since she doesn't have a significant record. Might get reduced to a misdemeanor. But then again I don't know much about Arizona sentencing practices.
