http://www.jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-Confl ... ICC-381312Abbas has already been charged with War Crimes by the Israel Law Center because Abbas has citizenship in Jordan which is an ICC signatory.
The current charge is for Fatah affiliates firing rockets at Israeli civilians during the recent Israel - Gaza war. That seems a little far fetched since Abbas didn't control them, so they are also planning on charging him for his role in the 2nd Intifada where he approved payments to terrorists and may have committed other no-no's.
