Surely free speech supporters will be less than impressed by the actions of Jase Bolger, Speaker of the Michigan House, who banned Lisa Brown from speaking after she used the medical term for a lady's special parts in a debate on whether the state can insist upon a procdure that involves inserting a deviced into those parts?

Prissy? Or just afraid of dissent?

My best guess is afraid of vaginas.

This sounds like certain search engines not showing results for breast cancer due to child protections. The proper term was used, and was not vulgarly used.

Now if she used the "C word" that would be a cause for concern... (capitalist)

Hmm, I think there's more to it than prudishness. They also barred another rep for raising an amendment which while provocative (and intended to be) was not rude. But it was another woman challenging the law to insist on pre-abortion ultrasounds, which for early term pregnancies means using a probe internally rather than the kind we normally see on the belly.

So yes, afraid of vaginas, and of those who have them challenging the right of (male dominated) legislatures to decide what can and can't be done to them (the vaginas and to the women).

you have to learn to embrace your fears, so to speak.
