Side B wins -2.5 to -5. But an interesting note, had the Marshal not died side A would have actually won. It would have been: Side A: -13 / 5 = -2.6, Side B: -7 / 2 = -3.5

As someone commented during play, the money bags almost seem like nearly irresistible bait. Getting into the vault, grabbing money bags and getting back out takes quite a bit of time.

The two remaining good guys got a late start in the pursuit which allowed The Kid to use buildings as cover as he headed for the hills.

Overall another fun showdown! Thanks for entertaining me, guys!

After analyzing the Showdown, Richard and I determined that killing 2 Townsfolk and leaving empty handed would give us the win. We left the possibility open to grab a bag if the situation looked right.

Banker should have set up in the hex close to the door which would have probably only allowed one shot from the Kid. In the actual setup, Kid could have shot at least 3 times (Shoot card and 2 B2 Fanfires). With a +3 Gunhand, Banker was going down Turn 1. It only took the first shot however.

IDK if it's possible for the Robbers to get any money out and not die in the process. Maybe Jim can offer feedback as to whether or not he's seen a successful outcome for the gang in all the years he's been playing and game mastering.
