Turn 1 is due Friday by 9pm Eastern (Running it late as I will be at an event)

The battle for the pole was one for the ages as Brent and Rob duked it out, each barely one upping the other. In the end, Brad would come up on top, beating Rob's time by a meagre 13 Thousandths of a second!

And so the drivers complete their formation lap and come to the light, green then slowly the red lights come on...1,2,3,4,5....AND THEY ARE OFF!

Back at Corner 2, squeaking tires and smoking brakes are heard as the field squeezes their way into the corner, still tightly packed.

Brent spends 1 Wear going 160 through the 120 Racing Line of Corner 4.

Marshall attempts to maintain the redlined speed of 160 spending 2 Skill. He succeeds with a modified 5.
Marshall spends 1 Wear going 160 through the 120 Racing Line of Corner 4.

Rob gets a slip off Marshall.

Curtis spends 1 Wear going 160 through the 120 Racing Line of Corner 4.

Rando spends 1 Wear late breaking from 160 to 140 before Corner. He then spends 1 Wear going 140 through the 120 Lane of Corner 2 for a total of 2 Wear.

RM Note: So this one may take a bit of explaning:
1) No slip cause lead car went 140
2) Default rules on breaking state cornering wear before late braking.
3) This late brake did not follow the LB request from the move, and thus follows drivers defaults, which is to use 1 Wear before rolling.
