Major Wolcott is facing C-C19* (you don't change facing when executing movment other than Turn or Spin Around)
He played Run thinking (apparently) he was facing C-D16. By default he attempts to move Ahead Straight
and hits the wall. As a result he draws 2 Delay cards: 1 delay

Also note I rarely check moves as I receive them, and all I would check for is if it's legal. This usually involves
Sprint, making sure the player executed Advance and Run on the previous turn. Although Major Wolcott's move was,
obviously, not what he had planned. It was nonetheless "legal" so even if I had checked it I would not have corrected it.

I've adopted a slightly modified reveal/cancel policy. If an action does not need to be revealed
then I won't show it. For example, had Cattle Baron got delay with his first Sprint his turn would
have been over and his second Sprint never would get revealed. I don't know how much this will really
affect things, but it just seems to me that if an action need not be revealed it might give other
players an advantage by knowing what was intended. The only actions that will show as "canceled" will
be actions that were revealed then later canceled by delay, likely due to the character being shot.
