A couple of challenges and the leaders tires continue to go away

Turn 24 summary:
Brown continues to spend wear, dropping two on the Sunway Lagoon line at 120
Incorpora bides his time at 120 through turn 12
Haskell punches off Kenyir Lake at 160 and challenges for P2
Blizzard is locked at 120 to finish the Kenyir 100s

Kennard runs the Kenyir line at 100 for free
Ingraham follows on across the line also at 100
Mossman sheds two wear through the 80 at 120 and picks up two spots

Beckman stays on the wing of the blue machine at 100 around the racing line
Baker catches the chase pack after turning in one wear on the line at 120
Kellison slows to 60 around the Berjaya line for free

So far there are three drivers not returning for season 9. I haven't heard from
Incorpora or Baker yet. But this convolutes the points since Brown (who is not returning)
is challenging for a promotion spot and there will only be one relegation.
Assuming the two above will be returning this is the situation:
For promotion:
If Brown does pass Haskell in points (frankly, an unlikely scenario as Haskell would have
to lose a position and he has plenty of wear, as long as he finishes) then the top
four will be promoted as usual. If Brown does manage to pass Haskell in points, then
Haskell will still get promoted. This is assuming Ingraham does not catch either.
For relegation:
Orlandi and Kellison will not be back, so Baker is currently in the relegation position.
He would have to pass Benham in points to avoid that. (Benham would have the tie-
breaker with his P4 finish in the first race) That means Baker would have to pick up at
least three positions. A definite possibility given his track position and wear. If he
does so, Benham would be relegated assuming Kennard does not lose any positions. If Kennard
were to lose at least one spot, again Benham would have the tie-breaker and Kennard
would be relegated.
And, of course, all this is based on all cars running finish the race.

A pass for P2 while the majority of the pack negotiates the turn 12/Sunway Lagoon complex

Turn 25 summary:
Brown exits Sunway hard on the gas at 160
Haskell dives into Sunway at 120 shedding two wear and finishing inside
Incorpora drops one wear on the line but is denied the slip opportunity next turn
Blizzard runs the turn 12 line at 120 then attacks Sunway Lagoon dropping two wear

Kennard, Mossman, Ingraham, Beckman and Baker all take the turn 12 line at 120 for free
Kellison clears Kenyir Lake on the line at 100 conserving his wear

Note: I'll try to keep the points chart updated. The lighter red is the one driver that
will be relegated. The darker red are the drivers that will not be returning next season.
