Dygert plots 100 and, with no place to use it, late brakes to 80 before the corner with a wear.

Hoyt gets the initiative at 100 and clips two tires on the C10 line. He sets up the next one. Milbourn runs the line for a wear at 80.

Harrington scrubs a wear at 80 on the line. Costa burns one on the outer rail, 80 as well.

Marshall approaches C10 at 120. Harley dumps a wear in C8 at 160.

Turn 27 Summary

At 120, Rund puts some pavement between the chase pack and his machine.

Bernhardt finishes out C12 at 80. Also at 80, Choi lands on the side panel of the #43.

Smith hangs with the pack at 80 on the C12 line. Dygert over-plotted 100 but, due to his late brake last turn, can only go 80.* Probably a good thing.

Hoyt clears the C11/12 complex at 80 via the racing lines. Milbourn does the same to clear.

Harrington, at 100, goes outer rail for free. Costa uses his 100 on the C11 line to gain a position.

Marshall burns a wear at 80 in C10. Harley pulls up to C10 on the line at 120.

*The RM re-plots the car to its highest legal speed. There is no penalty for this.

Costa maintains 100 at the cost of a wear. Harrington continues at 80.

Marshall clears the C11/12 complex at 80 for free. Harley rounds C10 for free on the line.

The white flag is out - one lap to go!

Turn 29 Summary

Rund is the first to the white flag at 140.

Bernhardt and Choi finish out C15 on the arrow at 80.

A big move from Dygert as he scrapes 2 wear in the 80's and the C15 line at 120. Smith has other ideas - he takes the C14 line then the C15 80's for free before squatting on the line.

With the C15 line blocked, Hoyt follows the path of the #8 at 80 for free. Milbourn (a.k.a. Kreskin) takes his 60 through both corners for free.

Costa takes the first red arrow but cannot clear at 80. Harrington has to burn a wear on the outer rail at 100.
