The Grid

Turn 1

Don clears the first corner with his superior start speed, while Dave fails his start push with boxcars. This causes Phil and Chris to run right by him in position.

Turn 2

Phil and Chris play nice through the corner, allowing Dave to head down the straight next turn.

Turn 3

Chris pulls even with Phil off the slip.

Turn 4

Chris reaches for the dice and pushes top, while Phil fearing the corner with his 40 brakes opts to slow down instead.

Turn 5

Turn 6

Don clears two corners in one turn to try to gain some space, but Chris stays just one turn behind.

Turn 7

Turn 10

Phil clears Nova Scotia corners in one brilliant play at 80mph, which will put him back with Chris while Dave falls behind.

Turn 11

Chris B and Tim both follow Phil's lead and clear both corners at once, although they both spend 4W to do so. Lot of chips on the board this round.

Turn 12

Editor's Note: I just realized there's a turn here which I skipped, both in screenshots and in the turn tracker. I'm not gonna go back and renumber everything, so we'll just call it turn 12A.

Turn 12A

Phil spends through corner 1 to stay on Chris' heels, while Dave and Chris B clear the corner, leaving Tim to sit and think about why he was a space back.
