The race will continue until all places are determined; there could be a little chess match in the back. To avoid going into June, I'll put the race into 'trigger mode', meaning that I may adjudicate once all plots are in.

Turn 51 Summary

Puddifoot keeps his puddi-foot hard on the gas at 180. Kay brings his engine up to 180.

Dygert hits 160 and is through the final corner.

Caldwell knocks down his last wear at 120 on the line. Walling is into the penultimate corner at 100.

Costa runs off some speed on the outer lane of T15 at 100. Harrington, also at 100, stays attached to his rear spoiler.

Turn 52 Deadline: Friday, May 21st @ 7 a.m. EDT (11 a.m. UTC)
Trigger option in effect.

Two more finish to complete the podium...

Turn 52 Summary

Puddifoot roars across the finish line, waves to the crowd, and wonders if he'll beat Ross to the pub.

Kay pushes his already compromised engine with 2s (modified 2) to take 3rd place in style. Did he considered that 3% chance of a DNF?!

Dygert and Caldwell move towards the finish at 160 each. Walling completes the penultimate corner at 100.

Costa slows to 60. Harrington may have forgotten about having to navigate that 60 spot. He plots 100, uses his last wear, tosses his big chip onto the chance roll (modified 4), and sets up the next line. All of this was aided by having filled out the personal defaults form - yay Kevin!

Turn 53 Deadline: Monday, May 24th @ 7 a.m. EDT (11 a.m. UTC)
Expect a late adjudication.

Turn 53 Summary

Dygert crosses for 4th.

Caldwell strolls along the straight-away at 160. Walling guns it to 180.

Harrington and Costa complete the penultimate corner at 100 each.

Turn 54 Deadline: Wednesday, May 26th @ 7 a.m. EDT (11 a.m. UTC).

Turn 54 Summary

Caldwell uses his last 2 skill to hit 180 across the line (modified 5). Walling rolls snake-eyes in his successful bid for 200.

Harrington runs the final corner at 160 on the inside. Costa attempts the double push but doesn't get past the first roll (naked 12). He is on the line.

I cannot see any way now for Joe to get past Kevin. If you'd like to send in your last two plots, go ahead - we'll deadline in 48 hours - otherwise I'll auto-pilot you.

Neither driver gets reckless, so we end with:

T55
Harrington 180
Costa 160

T56
Harrington 180 for 7th
Costa 160 for 8th

Thanks everyone!

The full field results from Baku along with the final points. There were 3 dead heats for the top ten at Baku. Points are split.
