It keeps getting better!
my "cartoon" Chuck is even better than the real thing, is this from Family Guy by any chance? It looks like that style of art ...and I LOVE it! Brian Griffin with his martini glass would be cool as well

Haha! Yep, from Family Guy. I was looking at the original Chuck avatar and thinking: "Nah, can't have real photographs for avatars - not as cool! Unless you're Bieber..."

Tom, you know there is no chin behind Chuck Norris' beard. There is only another...well, mouse over your avatar.

It's not working but yeah, Chuck doesn't have a chin under his beard, he has another fist

Christine's avatar is a Steampunked-Princess Leia.
As you can see, I'm having fun with the new avatars: historical realism was too restrictive.

When I read the post, you had Alice looking longingly at your beloved Russian hussar avatar.
Not to worry: all the old avatars will slowly be wending their way back home. Every week I reconstitute about 40-50 avatars into the Gallery.
...and you SHOULD worry about being Bieber-ized!

I an exicted about a variety of new Avatars. I am actually tired of my Austrian but nothing else really grabs me as a replacement. Any chance of doing more American Historical avatars?

What sort of American Historical avatars do you have in mind? Pre-WWI? I will still be adding all the American WWI and WWII avatars like the old forums had.

I had found a selection of American Civil War pics that fit well into the style here. I could dig them out of my old computer if interested?

I only want to use them if they're of very high quality and along the same style of artwork as the other avatars (excluding the cartoon ones, of course -- and Bieber!).
Tom, can you see the fist punch when you hover over your avatar yet? If not, advise me as to which browser and version you're using?
