I searched the 1.4 patch online and some websites are saying that they are available. However, when I try and update the game using the update function, it seems that 1.3 is still the latests official release. Not entirely sure though.

Also, over the last few days I've had the chance to play Victoria II with this French fellow. We usually start at around 11:30 PDT or so. If you're on Hamachi sometime, we should organize a game. (Also, it has been a great chance for me to practice my French.)

There is a Victoria II game open on Sunday (Game time: Sunday 19:00 - 23:00 GMT, 2 PM - 6 PM EST).
