This was fun watching the various tactics play out. Sadly, two of our characters met early demises followed closely by a third. After that, characters stayed far enough apart that it would have taken some luck to do any damage.

I find it interesting that no one even made an attempt at the money bags.

I went behind the bar and shot at whoever got near me. Boss Sipes and Old Man Ransom both tried and met their maker for the effort. I might've winged Lefty when he made his appearance from the upstairs brothel. At least he had the honor of not hiding behind one of them pretty ladies up there.

I'm gonna get an earful from the Colonel about discharging my weapon in town but I guess that's my due after getting into a poker game with a bunch of cheatin' scoundrels.

The unit is headed off to Deadwood tomorrow. I just might be lookin' for a game of cards...
