As we close in on the final race, a reminder of which ten drivers earn a berth in the championship race:

- The best 3 races count towards the final GP points.
- The top 3 drivers in each division earn automatic berths.
- The wild card (any division) is the top points earner amongst those not earning an automatic berth.

Tie-breakers are:
1. Best finish
2. Best finish in final race, then 3rd race, etc...

Unfortunately, we're probably looking at Memorial Day weekend for the championship race. I'm an assistant coach for my daughter's softball team and there is a tournament every single freakin' weekend except that one. Looking further down the road, we start our summer trip in the camper in June and will be available at 'Base Chicago' on July 10th/11th.
