Haskell made up some ground through sector 2.

The final chicane gathers 9 wear points, the corner 14/15 combination another 6.

Turn 14 summary:
Peeples maxes his acceleration to 120 and crosses the line to begin lap 2.
Miller spends one wear in the 60s at 80.
Burnett begins the 100mph charge through the 60s.
Kennard, Kennington and Brandt all follow the orange car, all four shedding two wear.

Schulz comes off the corner at 100.
Bauska is clear of corner 15 and, at 120, is now even with Schulz.
Brown's 120 move forces him through the 80 for two wear to have room to complete the move.

Baker is also at 120 but has room to run the line for two wear; he slots in behind Bauska.
Blizzard and Haskell both complete the 14/15 combination at 80 dropping one wear each.

Variante Bassa collects another six wear from four drivers.

Turn 15 summary:
Peeples is through Traguardo for the second time, shedding two wear in the 60s.
Miller is distracted at 140mph, not a good thing. (NPR1 Warning)
Kennard runs hard across the line at 160 to gain P3.
Burnett gets all his acceleration to 140 with a bonus to make it three wide approaching the chicane.

Kennington's engine builder throws his clipboard as he sees the telemetry indicating something is drastically wrong.
Brandt finishes the Variante at 100, wear already paid.
Schulz runs the 100s at 60 scrubbing off two wear.
Bauska follows at 80 for one wear.

Brown uses his inside advantage at 100 to take the 60s, dropping two wear.
Baker at 100 wanted the 60s but there's no exit from that line. He saves a wear by taking the 80s instead.
Blizzard approaches the final chicane at 100.
Haskell does likewise at 120.

The chicane breaks the first pack up while two successful pushes form a pack behind them.

Turn 16 summary:
Peeples stretches out his lead at 140.
Burnett starts at 120 then spends a wear to late brake and two more through the 60s at 100.
Miller follows through the 60s at 100 also dropping two wear.
Kennard had the same idea but with no exit from the 60s he opts for the 80s and one wear.

Kennington slows to 80 into the 80s for free.
Brandt accelerates to 140 and reaches the corner on the inside.
Schulz crosses into lap 2 at 120.
Bauska is able to push his acceleration to 160 and into P7.

Brown reaches 160 safely to keep even with the gray machine.
Baker's engine gives him the 160 he asks for, bringing him to Schulz's wing.
Haskell sheds two wear through the 80s and moves up a spot.
Blizzard is more conservative, leaving one wear behind on the 80s at 100.

Three dice rolls but no positions changed.

Turn 17 summary:
Peeples reaches Tosa on the racing line.
Burnett approaches Villeneuve at 140 holding to the inside.
Miller matches his 140 and keep on his skirt.
Kennard has room for a 160 to catch the pair in front of him.

Kennington taps the brakes to 60 and finishes the chicane through the 60 for free.
Brandt sheds one wear in the 60s at 80.
Brown starts at 160 and one wear and a dice roll later hits the 80s at 120 dropping two more wear.
Bauska plots 120 and uses the dice to get to 100, scrubbing off two wear in the 60s and maintaining his position.

Schulz spends two wear in the 60s at 100.
Baker takes the more conservative route through the 80s at 100 for one wear.
Haskell makes some noise as he roars down the main straight at 180.
Blizzard pushes his acceleration to reach 160, losing a length to Haskell.

A fairly quiet turn with one position change

Turn 18 summary:
Peeples burns one wear on the Tosa line at 80.
Miller gets the initiative with a 120 plot around the 120 and onto the racing line.
Burnett is at 100 through the 100 choosing the inside and maintaining P2.
Kennard takes the Villeneuve 120 at speed and starts the line behind Miller.

Brandt approaches Villeneuve on the inside at 140.
Kennington takes the short way to the corner at 120.
Bauska keeps tucked in behind Brandt at 140.
Schulz at 120 keeps pace.

Brown also does 120 swapping lanes with the light blue machine.
Baker holds a steady 100 through the next 80 then the 60 paying an additional wear.
Haskell is two wear lighter after taking the 80s at 120 and catching the light green race car.
Blizzard clears the corner through the 80s at 100 scrubbing off one wear.

Things stack up at the entrance to Tosa.

Turn 19 summary:
Peeples is on the Piratella line after covering the short straight at 120.
Burnett burns two wear through the inside of Tosa at 80.
Miller takes the racing line at 80 shedding one wear.
Kennard follows in the black car's tire tracks also giving up a wear.

Brandt takes the 100 and sets up on the Tosa line.
Kennington follows him through the Villeneuve 100 at 100 and moves inside and into P5.
Bauska uses the 100 to keep with Brandt, starting the line behind him.
Schulz does 120 around the outside of Villeneuve and into P7.

Brown does 120 through the 120 and slots in between Schulz and Bauska.
Baker maintains 100 into the Villeneuve 100.
Haskell moves into the 120 at speed.
Blizzard pushes his already crippled power plant for the acceleration to close back up on the two in front of him.

Tosa causes a little confusion but it gets Bauska three positions

Turn 20 summary:

Peeples covers the Piratella line at 100 for free.
Burnett runs into the corner on the line at 120 shedding one wear and makes up another length on the leader.
Miller follows on the line at 120.
Kennard is the tail of the queue on the line behind Miller.

Kennington slows to 60 around the inside of Tosa scrubbing off one wear.
Brandt looks for the same move but must take the line, at least it's free.
Schulz starts at 100 to get the jump, then brakes to 80 but the only path open to him is the middle 40s to the outside.
Brown takes the outside lane at 80 dropping one wear in the 60.

Bauska is last out of the three wide with no choice but to use one wear to brake to 60 and to the inside for another.
Baker flies into the corner on the line at 100 giving up two wear.
Haskell approaches on the line at 100.
Blizzard jumps to the outside at 100 also.

Everyone is safely into the 2-wide section of the track

Turn 21 summary:
Peeples glides around the Minerall racing line at 80 for free.
Burnett makes up two more lengths on the leader at 120.
Miller slows to 100 for the Peratella line.
Kennard follows in the black race car's tire tracks.

Kennington approaches the next corner on the line.
Bauska comes off Tosa at 120 and uses the bonus to move up another position on the inside.
Brandt planned the same move as Bauska and with no slip available he starts the line behind Kennington.
Schulz gets to 100, moving to the inside keeping the line available for next turn.

Brown covers most of the short stretch at 120 pulling even with Schulz.
Baker continues the line at 100 and fades inside.
Haskell abandons the Tosa line for the inside at 80 dropping two wear but tucking in behind the light green machine.
Blizzard is commited to the outside lane, leaving one wear on the 60 at 80.

A mix of conservative and aggressive moves this turn.

Turn 22 summary:
Peeples exits Minerall at 100 down the straight.
Burnett slows to 80 around the line for free.
Miller follows the orange car at 80 maintaining a two-length gap.
Kennard is into the corner at 100, shedding one wear around the 80s with the black car blocking the line.

Bauska careens into Piratella at 140 around the 100s dropping two wear but into clean air.
Kennington slides through the line at a safe 100.
Brandt is also happy to grant the line's speed request, staying tucked in behind Kennington.
Brown is hard on the throttle around the line at 140, trading two wear for two positions.

Schulz holds steady at 100 around the racing line.
Baker clears the corner at 100 behind the light blue machine.
Haskell is one wear lighter, taking the 100s at 120.

It's a four car break with the rest of the field tightly packed.

Turn 23 summary:
Peeples is down to 80 through the 80s.
Burnett catches the leader by dropping two wear in the 80s at 120.
Miller approaches the corner on the inside at 140.
Kennard also moves inside at 140 to keep pace with the black car.

Bauska uses his full brakes to get to 80 running the line for free.
Brown starts the line at 100 but is forced to 80 to follow Bauska.
Kennington has to run wide through the 80s at 80.
Brandt sees the backup in the corner and dives inside at 100 trading two wear for two positions.

Schulz also planned to hit the corner hard but his only move to is late brake to 100 and follow the line for one wear.
Baker exits Piratella at 120 and starts the line into Acque Minerall.
Haskell completes the 100s for already paid wear and tucks in behind Baker.
Blizzard slows to 100, taking the line and attaching himself to the group ahead.

Turn 24 summary:
Peeples maxes his acceleration to 120 out of Alta.
Burnett paid for 120 through the chicane and keeps with the leader.
Miller slows to 100 shedding one wear through the 80s.
Kennard takes the 80s for free at speed.

Bauska covers the short straight at 120.
Brandt at 140 swings to Bauska's outside.
Brown anticpates those moves and does 120 to fall in behind.
Schulz has the initiative out of Minerall at 120, the bonus putting him next to Brown.

Kennington also does 120 and stays attached to the pack.
Baker rounds the Minerall racing line at 80 for free.
Haskell follows in Baker's tire tracks.
Blizzard is also at 80 and clears the corner on the line.

No surprises this turn as the leaders negotiate corners 14 & 15

Turn 26 summary:
Peeples knocks off one wear in the corner 14 60s then grabs the next line.
Burnett is also a wear lighter after taking the racing line but having to move outside through corner 15.
Miller rides his brakes hard leaving a wear behind on the 14 line and clearing 15 on the outside.
Kennard drops to 100 taking the outside 60s for 2 wear to have room to complete the move.

Bauska leads the chase pack to corner 14 starting the racing line.
Schulz matches the gray car's move and uses the bonus to go inside.
Brandt maxes his acceleration to 140 and a slip keeps him in touch with the group, finishing inside.
Brown is able to reach 140 but with no drafting partner he tucks in behind Brandt.

Kennington again pushes his damaged engine to 140 out of the chicane.
Baker contiues the 80s at 120.
Haskell also continues at 120, the 80 space adding a wear to his corner expenditure.
Blizzard puts a wear down on the 100s at 120.
