It's Peeples' race unless the dice cup makes an appearance.

Turn 44 Summary

Peeples finishes out the Amphitheater at 100 and extends the lead. Kay doesn't want to burn his last wear here so he taps down to 80.

Brandt finishes the Amphitheater at 80 and tucks in behind the #43. Tatum slows to 60 and clears the corner for free. Rando burns a wear at 100 in the 80's and still has 2 in the tank.

Beckman goes outer rail at 100. Marvin gets the inside at 80. Swaine's compromised engine only gets him to 40.

Fritz finishes out the Hairpin at 80. Bauska addresses the Hairpin at 100 on the inside.

Turn 45 Deadline: Tuesday, April 21st @ 7 a.m. EDT (1 p.m. GMT)
Trigger option in effect.

Boxcars come out to end the drama for first place. Congratulations, Stephen!

Turn 45 Summary

Peeples takes the final corner at 80 for free. Kay posts 120 then grabs the dice cup to late brake to 100 (naked 12). There goes his last wear so he has to head outside to the rail. Tim can decide if he wants to tell you what his chance roll would have been.

Brandt pulls up to the corner at 100. Rando heads out at 140 but with his outside path blocked, he late brakes to 120 (naked 7). Tatum sets up a 3-wide at 120.

Both Beckman and Marvin exit Amphitheater at 80, neck and neck.

Fritz has initiative at 80 and clears the corner in the middle. Swaine clears on the inside at 60.

Bauska heaves the dice one more time because... why not? He spins around the Hairpin, his day all but done.

Turn 46 Deadline: Tuesday, April 21st @ 7 a.m. EDT (1 p.m. GMT)
Trigger option in effect.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Turn 46 Summary

Peeples pushes to 140 (naked 8) across the finish line in first place!

Kay avoids the chance roll and slows to 80. Rando gets the initiative at 120, burning his last 2 wear to grab a certain 2nd place finish next turn.

Brandt and Tatum take turns in the 80's and set up a 3-wide heading to the finish line. Tatum has the car advantage but not position. The dice are coming out for these three...

Beckman goes outer rail at 100. Marvin has the inside at 80.

Fritz pulls up next to the #78 at 120. Swaine eases his beleaguered engine up to 80.

Bauska recovers from his spin at 60.

Turn 47 Deadline: Wednesday, April 22nd @ 7 a.m. EDT (1 p.m. GMT)
Trigger option in effect.

More cars come in to fill out the podium.

Turn 47 Summary

Rando surges across the finish line at 160 for 2nd place.

Tatum has the initiative at 180 if the dice gods are with him: Acc w/ 1s (modified 9) and Top (naked 7). Nice to have that skill chip in your pocket - it earns the big guy a 3rd place.

Kay and Brandt pass their Acc tests, the former with his last skill chip (modified 5 and naked 4, respectively) to take 4th & 5th.

All the cars in or at the Paddock post 80 for free setting up another 3-wide for the finish.

Swaine also clears the Paddock and will put nose across next turn even with his busted gas pedal. Bauska patiently waits for the race to end.

Turn 48 Deadline: ASAP, although I may just auto-move the cars at this point.

A few more dice rolls for the end of the race.

Turn 48 Summary

Marvin gets initiative with his bigger ACC, although he needs 2 good dice rolls to do it (naked 9 and naked 6 on Acc/Top respectively). He grabs 6th place.

Beckman and Fritz both grab the dice for pushing their machines to 140, with Jack tossing in a chip (modified 5 and naked 7 respectively). 7th and 8th for the duo.

Swaine just pushes his machine across the line for 9th. Bauska is at the Paddock at 120.

Buaska's T49 & T50 plots are 80 and 140, and thus ends the race, officially.

Thank you so much for racing and, more importantly, for your donation to Redscape.
