Builds are in!

There is one set of twins, Peeples/Fritz, and one triple Brandt/Needham/Kay. Five drivers look to jump out with 100 start speeds while four will bide their time with 20's. Eight cars went heavy on tires at 24 wear.

Start grid deadline: Wednesday, January 29th @ 7 a.m. EST (12 noon GMT)

Gentlemen, start your engines!

Bids went as high as 7 with the 100 start speed looking for a clean lead. A normal distribution after that with four ties to resolve.

Turn 1 Deadline: Friday, January 31st @ 7 a.m. EST (12 noon GMT)

Note: I'll try to blow the graphics up a bit next time as it seems kind of small.

Over half the drivers pushed start speed as the green flag drops. Two missed rolls leave a few back markers at a standstill.

Turn 1 Summary

Fritz pushes to 120 w/ 2s (modified 5) and grabs the first line. Swaine also pushes w/ 2s (modified 8), taking the inside and the early lead.

Kennard & Marvin both leave the dice in the cup at 100.

Peeples goes to the dice w/ his big chip (modified 2) and at 120, creates a 3-wide going into The Wall. Bauska is satisfied at 60.

Beckman also avoids dice and, at 60, takes the bumper of the #55. Brandt grabs the dice with 2s (modified 6) to pull in behind the yellow machine.

At 80 with 2s (modified 2), Miller gets initiative and pulls alongside the #22. Rando uses 2s on the push (modified 9) and mis-shifts, narrowly avoiding a stall.

Tatum would have had initiative at 40 but his 2s is not enough (modified 9) as he also mis-shifts. Kay responsibly starts his slow roll into the race at 20.

Note: Rando & Don may use their ACC next turn.
