A four way tie for 5th in points, all just 4 points behind the promotion line.

Turn 13 summary:
Pellegrino maneuvers through the final corner at 120 on the line.
Kennington re-assumes P2 at 100 shedding two wear on the racing line.
Swaine also knicks two wear through the 40 at 80 and starts the final line behind the dark blue car.
Rae slows to 60 around the outside for free, heading towards the inside and blocking the line while doing so.

Brown hits the corner at 100 and wanted the line but Rae forces him into the 60s, scrubbing off two wear.
Brandt reaches the approach to corner 14 at 100 on the line
Schulz does 120 to finish outside Brandt.
Rando pushes his top speed to 180. His engine grants his wish and he moves up a position.

Kellison maxes at 160 and tucks in behind Rando.
Polcen gets high gear at 160 to maintain the gap to the silver machine.
Haskell's acceleration only allows him 140 without dice, costing him another car length on Polcen.

The leader begins the second lap.

Turn 14 summary:
Pellegrino tops out at 160 across the start/finish line.
Kennington sheds two wear on the corner 16 line at 160 to maintain the gap.
Swaine uses his full acceleration to get to 120, taking the racing line for free.
Rae takes the 100 space at speed for free and holds the inside.

Brown comes off corner 15 at 120 and finds the corner 16 line available.
Brandt brakes to 60 and takes the line.
Schulz also drops to 60 around the 60s, moving inside since a slip position isn't possible.
Rando parlays one skill into a successful overbrake, getting to 100 and scrubbing off two wear on the line.

Kellison starts at 120 but spends a wear to lock up the brakes approaching the corner on the line behind Rando.
Polcen taps the binders and get outside the silver machine at 140.
Haskell lacked the room to let his big engine loose, instead doing 160 in preparation for the corner next turn.

A couple more pocket battles develop but no positions change.

Turn 15 summary:
Pellegrino prepares for the first corners by slowing to 120.
This gives Kennington the opportunity to tuck in behind him at 160.
Swaine maintains his gap at 160.
Rae and Brown remain in lockstep across the line at 160 also.

Brandt covers the final corner racing line at 120 and holds the inside.
Schulz uses his full acceleration to 100 around the inside of the final corner.
Rando comes off corner 15 at 120 and follows the multi-colored machine across the line.

Kellison drops two wear on the corner 15 racing line and begins the last line.
Polcen also sheds two wear in the 60s and starts the next line behind the silver machine.
Haskell gives up two wear to clear corner 15 on the line at 100.

Everyone falls into line except Swaine.

Turn 16 summary:
Pellegrino is able to clear the first combination at 80 for one wear.
Kennington has no choice but to lock up the binders and follow the purple race car, but he can't clear the corner.
Swaine runs hard into the 80s at 120 shedding two wear.
Brown holds the gas down at 160 counting on those big brakes next turn.

Rae follows on at 140 positioning himself behind Brown.
Brandt gets some "Whoops" from the main grandstand as he flies down the straightaway at 180.
Rando hits high gear at 160 and keeps to the inside.
Schulz maxes his acceleration to 140 keeping on Rando's tail.

Kellison and Polcen stay in formation through the corner 16 racing line at 120 for free.
Haskell makes up a car length at 140 and is almost back in touch with Polcen.

The first group clears the corners 1/2/3 combination while the second group approaches it.

Turn 17 summary:
Pellegrino comes out of corner 3 at 120 and stretches his lead slightly.
Kennington is locked at 80, finishing the 60s for already paid wear.
Swaine also paid for 40 over, moving to the 60s at 100 and finishing inside.
Brown drops two wear in the 60s at 100 to pull even with the red machine.

Rae has room to clear the combination at 80 through the 60s shedding one wear.
Brandt approaches the corner at 100 on the inside.
Rando has room for a 160 move bringing him side-by-side with Brandt.
Schulz also does 160 but denies the slip, not wanting to be forced to the outside.

Kellison maxes his top speed at 160.
Polcen does the same, pulling even with the bonus.
Haskell makes the crowd happy and his engine man nervous, asking 200 from his engine. It holds for him and he catches the pair in front of him.

A four-way battle for second position develops at the approach to corner 6.

Turn 18 summary:
Pellegrino clears corner 6 on the racing line at 80 dropping one wear.
Kennington approaches the corner on the line behind the purple machine.
Swaine get the jump on Brown at 140 and asks for the line. With Kennington there the default finish is inside.
Brown gets a slip from Kennington and makes it three-wide at the corner entrance.

Rae comes off corner 4 at 160, again relying on those big brakes next turn.
Brandt runs the 60s all the way at 80, shedding one wear.
Rando hits the 80s at 100 but the corner exit is blocked. He uses one skill to get down to 80 and rounds the 40 for a total of two wear.
Schulz plots 80 but he needs to jam the binders to get there. Running the 60s results in a total expenditure of two wear.

Kellison has the inside advantage on Polcen and carries 120 into the 80s knocking off two wear.
Polcen starts at 120 but with the silver car in his way uses one skill to get down to 100, exchanging two wear for the 60 lane.
Haskell uses all his available braking power to get to 140. Two wear later he's in the 100 lane of corner 2.

In spite of two pairs swapping positions, the difference between promotion and relegation is still just 6 points.

Turn 19 summary:
Pellegrino starts the corner 8 line at 120 with a tenuous two car length lead.
Kennington drops two precious wear points on the corner 6 line at 100.
Swaine also sheds two wear at 80 around the inside.
Brown slows to 60 on the outside for free, moving to block the line on exit.

Rae wanted the line at 80 but has to settle for the 60s, scrubbing off one wear.
Brandt shoots the short straight at 160, an advantage of his big brakes.
Rando uses his max acceleration to 140 keeping inside.
Schulz can safely reach 120 and gets a slip from Brandt to stay right behind the light green machine.

Kellison and Polcen both continue their two wear from last turn at 100 through the 60s, Kellison with the inside advantage.
Haskell also has already paid for +40, he rounds the 40 at 80 to keep pace with the pair in front of him.

The three back markers are staging a close battle for position. Brandt becomes the sixth driver into single digit wear.

Turn 20 summary:
Pellegrino runs the corner 8 and corner 9 lines at 120, clearing the latter at a cost of two wear.
Kennington starts the corner 9 line behind him at 120.
Swaine is at 120 and gets the bonus to move inside and take over P2.
Rae opens up a little to 140, shedding one wear on the corner 8 line.

Brown falls in behind at 120 for free.
Brandt, Rando and Shulz all run the corner 6 line at 80, each depositing one wear.

Kellison has his first NPR (with a warning), taking him to the corner at 120, finishing on the line.
Polcen also approachs the corner at 120, taking the outside to avoid Kellison on the line.
Haskell, at 140, only has the inside lane available, but that moves him into P9.

Only one side-by-side battle mid-pack. The rest have settled into line.

Turn 21 summary:
Pellegrino exits corner 10 at 120.
Kennington drops two precious wear on the corner 10 racing line at 120.
Swaine moves outside to the 80s for free, blocking the line as he moves towards the inside on corner exit.
Rae slows to 80 on the line and is unaffected by Swaine's move.

Brown also slows to 80 and follows Rae on the line.
Brandt moves through the corner 8 line at 120.
Rando follows Brandt and is able to pull even with the slip.

The top two are poised to break away down the long straight.

Turn 22 summary:
Pellegrino sheds one wear in the 60s at 80 to clear the corner.
Kennington drops two of his three remaining wear in the 60s at 100. (He can accelerate to 120 next turn)
Swaine approaches at 120 taking the middle lane to keep his options open.
Rae runs the straight at 140 positioning himself to Swaine's outside.

Brown continues the corner 10 line at 80 and finishes inside.
Rando pushes through the 9/10 combination on the line at 100, trading one wear for one position.
Brandt slows to 80 around the line for free.
Schulz closes up on Brandt at 100 dropping one wear on the racing line.

Kellison follows the corner 8 racing line at 120 for free, starting the next line.
Haskell is also at 120 through the line finishing inside.
Polcen's 120 and bonus gets him even with the orange car at no cost.

As expected, a two car break up front and one mis-judged corner.

Turn 23 summary:
Pellegrino's full acceleration gets him to 120.
Kennington is able to match that 120 after using two wear to enter the corner.
Swaine drops one wear through the 60s/80 at 80 and is clear in P3.
Rae counts on his big acceleration next turn by slowing to 60 around the corner for free this turn.

Brown seems to have mis-judged the corner as he plots 100 and asks for the middle lane. But he only had four spaces to go.
Rando makes the move Brown thought he was making, running 100 to the middle lane.
Brandt covers the straight at 120 finishing outside Rando.
Schulz plots 120 but he denies the slip to prevent getting locked down on the inside.

Kellison, Haskell and Polcen all take the corner 9/10 combination at 80, Kellison and Haskell on the line and Polcen through the 80s.

A challenge for the lead approaching the tight corner 14. Also battles for P3 and P5 develop.

Turn 24 summary:
Pellegrino maxes at 160 down the straight.
Kennington reaches 160 as well and pulls even with the leader with the slip.
Swaine's acceleration gets him to 120.
Rae's big engine gets him to 140 and he's now even with the red machine.

Brown's miscalculation last turn prompts him to keep a steady 100mph to finish the corner 11/12 complex.
Rando is determined to stay behind Brown so he spends two wear in the 40/80 spaces at 80.
Brandt also plots 80. The 60s/80 are his shortest route through the corners, shedding one wear.
Schulz joins the P5 melee at 100 through the 60s/80 dropping two wear.

Kellison approaches in the middle lane at 100.
Haskell catches up at 120 moving to the outside.
That leaves the inside for Polcen's 120 move and the bonus.
