Sorry for the delay. A reminder (mostly for our newest driver, Pepe) that I'm on vacation and adjudications may not always be on time. Early adjudications are possible if all plots are in.

Turn 11 Summary
Incorpora finishes the Foro Sol and starts the Peraltada on the outside for free at 80. Ales, at 60, clips a tire in the Foro Sol 40. Orlandi burns a wear in the Foro Sol 60's at 80.

LaMorte gears down to 40 and drops into the Foro Sol for free. At 80, Ling runs the chicane 60 for a wear before taking the Foro Sol 60 for another. Galullo cruises through the chicane 80's for free at 80.

Brandt pulls up to Ovalo Chicane in the middle lane at 100. Harrington moves up a position, also at 100, as he slides to the inside of the #5. Mossman makes it three-wide in front of the chicane at 140.

Bauska finishes S2 at 100 through the 80's with his already paid for wear. He selects the middle lane (?). Brown runs to the inside of the #94 after finishing the S2 line at 100. Terrezn takes the S2 groove for free at 100.

Turn 12 Deadline: Tuesday, July 5th @ 8 a.m. EDT (12 noon GMT)
With the dual conflict of the US holiday & a travel day for me, no Monday deadline.

Sorry about the delay, fellas. We're in sunny San Diego now with a full day at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. A busy week is lined up so I'll get to the adjudications when able.

I left my files in Chicago so the graphics are a bit bare. I don't know why I don't have this stuff saved in the cloud...

Turn 12 Summary
Incorpora finishes out Peraltada at 120. Orlandi gets the initiative at 120, clips 2 tires in the Peraltada 80's, and grabs the tailpipe on the #8. Ales runs the big oval in the middle lane at 100 for 2 wear.

LaMorte hits the gas and at 100 and burns a tire in the outer Peraltada. LIng continues the Foro Sol at 80 then jumps into the Peraltada 60 for a wear. Galullo drops 2 wear in the Foro Sol 40 at 80 before hitting the Peraltada on the outside for free.

Brandt has the initiative at 100 and runs the chicane 100's for free. Mossman, also at 100, cuts in to the chicane 80's for a wear followed by the Foro Sol 60's for 2 more tires. Harrington takes the chicane 80's for free at 80.

Brown throws off a tire in the chicane 80's at 100. Bauska, at 80, runs the chicane 60 for a wear. Torrezn pulls up to the corner at 120 and is back in contact with the field.

Turn 13 Deadline: Thursday, July 7th @ 10 p.m. EDT (2 a.m. GMT on the 8th).

The leaders hit the gas pedal out of the big oval while the back end drops a bunch of wear in the tight corners.

Turn 13 Summary
Incorpora races across the S/F line at 160. Orlandi stays on the tailpipe of the #8, also at 160. Ales, at 140, finishes Peraltada and tucks in behind the #18.

LaMote bumps it up to 160 through the big oval. Ling finishes Peraltada at 120 with wear already paid. At 120, Galullo is poised to exit the corner next turn.

Mossman finishes Foro Sol at 100 before jumping into Peraltada on the 80's for a wear. Brandt throttles down to 40 and takes the Foro Sol for free. Harrington, at 100, clips 2 tires in the Foro Sol 60's then, without any specs for the oval, follows the #14 for another wear.

Bauska plots 80 and with no corner instructions, takes the most lenient route for a wear in the 60's. Brown, also at 80, takes the inside route on Foro Sol for 2 wear and pulls alongside the #5. Torrezn moves up a spot, taking the 60 in the chicane at 80 for 1 wear then burns 2 more tires in the Foro Sol 40.

Turn 14 Deadline: Sunday, July 10th @ 8 p.m. EDT (12 midnight. GMT)
If all plots are in, an early adjudication may be possible

Thanks, as always, Jim!

Some well used skill, an unintentional (?) dice roll, and a few missed opportunities...

Turn 14 Summary
Incorpora races down the Recta Principal at 160 and sets up for the line. Orlandi, also at 160 and with the slip, pulls to the inside of the #8 and takes the lead. Ales takes it easy down the straight at 140.

LaMorte crosses the S/F line at 160 and tucks in behind the #88. Ling pushes top speed with 2 sp (modified 9) at 180 and closes in on the leaders. Galullo drops the hammer at 180 but to get there he rolls on the Acc table with 1 sp (modified 4). The quirk in the track leaves him out of slip position.

Mossman accelerates to 160 in the big oval. Harrington plotted 120 in the Peraltada but could have gone 140 having paid a wear last turn. Brandt knocks down a wear at 100 in the Peraltada 80's but before he can do so must roll on the Acc table (naked 9).

Brown conserves his tires at 60 in the center lane of the big corner. Torrezn, at 80, clips 2 tires in the Peraltada 40 and continues to move up the board. Bauska has no place to go at 80 except the outer Peraltada for free.

I assume you've all read Doug's missive. His car will retire from the track and the series. Christine anticipates being able to play again so I will hold the position for her in race 2.

Turn 15 Summary
Orlandi, at 120, runs the Moises Solana on the outside for 2 wear. Incorpora clips 2 tires in the Solana line at 120 and is poised to put some distance on the field. Ales pulls up to the Ese on the line at 120. LaMorte runs to the inside of the #88 at 120 plus the slip.

Ling grabs the tailpipe of the #2 car at 160. Galullo pulls his car onto the infield and withdraws from the race. Mossman maintains 160 with another 2 sp on the Top Speed table (modified 5). Harrington accelerates out of the big oval and crosses the S/F line at 160.

Brandt continues the Peraltada at 140. Torrezn pulls up next to the #5, also at 140. Brown and Bauska both finish the Peraltada at 120.

Incorpora runs out to a big lead... who is gonna catch him?! All cars are now in lap 2.

Turn 16 Summary
Incorpora hits the Erecta Trasera at 160. Orlandi, hung up in the Solana, must continue at 120. LaMorte clips 2 tires in the Moises Solana 60's at 100 and tucks in behind the #18. Ales runs the Solana groove for 1 wear.

Ling drops 2 tires in the Ese 60's and cuts in front of the #88 as he maneuvers his car to the rail. Mossman pushes again with 1sp to maintain 160 (modifed 5). Harrington keeps pace, also at 160.

Brandt and Torrezn trade paint along the Recta Principal at 160. Brown shows off his big engine at 180 and catches the tailpipe on the #5. Bauska also drops the hammer to 180 but has to roll on the Acc table with 2 sp to get there (modified 2).

Ling hits the straight at 140 and tucks in behind the Interstate car on the line. Ales keeps up with the #17 at 120 plus the slip.

Mossman runs the Moises Solana 60's at 100 for 2 wear. Harrington clips 2 tires in the Solana 60's, also at 100.

Brandt & Torrezn continue to trade paint at 140 as they run up to the Ese side by side. Brown pulls even at 160 to make it three wide going into the corner. Bauska stays with the #38 at 140 plus the slip and is on the line behind the M&M's car.

Hey, you fellas in C3 are representing!

Sorry for the delays. I'll try to get one more in this weekend before the WBC's. It may be difficult to adjudicate next week.

Turn 18 Summary
Incorpora dropped a 2nd wear in the Del Lago 40 at 80 (he paid one for +20 in T17) then clipped a tire on the Horquilla line. LaMorte nicks 2 tires in the Ese 40's before grabbing the Horquilla line behind the #8. Orlandi, also at 80, drops a wear as he runs the Del Lago lines. Ling follows in the groove behind the #17 at 80 for a wear.

Ales opts for the 100's in the Ese for free at 100. Mossman pulls up to the Del Lago on the line at 140. Harrington races into the Recta Trasera at 160.

Brandt clips 2 tires in the Solana 60's. Brown gets the initiative over Torrezn at 100 and takes the line for a wear. Torrezn burns a wear in the Ese 60's at 80 then conveniently sets up the #38 for a slip as he moves towards the rail. Bauska runs the Ese Moises Solana at 120 for 2 wear and pulls alongside the M&M's car.

The race is tightening up with rubber getting scarce at the front...

Turn 19 Summary
Incorpora runs S1 at 120 in the 120's for free. LaMorte burns a wear on the Horquilla line at 80. Orlandi saves his tires in the Horquilla 60's at 60. Ling clips a tire in the Horquilla 40 at 60 and pulls alongside the #17.

Ales grabs the 2nd line in Del Lago for a wear at 80. Mossman runs the Del Lago on the lines at 80 for a wear before tucking in behind the #88. Harrington overbrakes to 80 costing him a tire. He runs the first line in the Ese for another wear then opts for the 60 lane.

Brandt pulls up to the Ese Del Lago on the line at 140. At 160, Torrezn grabs position on the #5. Brown, at 160, foregoes a slip to stay on the line behind the Kellogg's car. Bauska, also at 160, dives to the inside of the #38.

The race will be delayed for a week while the RM attends the WBC's. If I have all the plots and if the Wifi at the campground is decent and if I have 1/2 hour to spare, I might be able to adjudicate a turn. But I wouldn't bet on it (nor would I bet on me at the WBC's ).

Time for racing again! Unfortunately, there will be one more delay this summer - I'll be in the Outer Banks from Thursday through next Wednesday and I do not anticipate having time for an adjudication. We can get one more in tomorrow night if I have all the plots but I won't push it.

I highly recommend attending the WBC's if you ever get the chance. While I did lousy in Speed Circuit, I got to play many other games and met a bunch of very nice people (and a few asshats), I hope to get back next year.

Turn 20 Results
Incorpora finishes the 120's in S1 at 100 before taking the S2 line for free. LaMorte uses the 120's at 120 in S1. Ling gets the initiative at 120 and also opts for the 120's in S1. Orlandi runs the 80's in S1 at 100. He opts to chip in a wear instead of using the line.

Ales burns a tire in the Horquilla 60 at 80. Mossman saves wear in the Horquilla 60 at 60. Harrington grabs the Horquilla line at 80 for a wear and sits on the tailpipe of the #14.

Torrezn runs the Del Lago at 100 for 2 wear in the 60's and the 2nd line. Brandt takes the first line for a wear and finishes out in the 60's at 80. He's on the Horquilla line. At 100, Bauska uses the 60's and the 2nd line in Del Lago at 100 for 2 wear. Brown, at 80, runs the first line for a wear then continues in the 60's.

I belatedly noticed the over-braking by Bauska & Brandt. Bauska had asked for dice with 1 sp (modified 5). Brandt, with no preferences in place, loses a wear. The skill & wear for the braking will be taken off the charts next turn.

Turn 21 hard deadline: Thursday, August 11th @ 9 a.m. EDT (1 p.m. GMT)

Turn 21 soft deadline: Wednesday, August 3rd @ 9 p.m. EDT (1 a.m. GMT on Aug. 4)

Note: Track is corrected with Claudio's correct position, behind Dave in the 120's for free.

Ales runs the first of the esses on the line for free at 100. Mossman and Harrington follow the same groove, also at 100 for free.

Torrezn takes the Horquilla 60 for free at 60. Brandt gets the initiative at 80 and clips a tire on the Horquilla line. Bauska burns a wear in the Horquilla 40 at 60. Brown finds an open line in Horquilla at 60 for free.
