The final lap is shaping up to be an interesting battle for the win. Will Dave's bigger engine compensate for the lead William has built up?

Note: Corrected version

Hoping for no carnage next turn as the peleton crushes into the Hairpin. Well, maybe a little carnage...

Tony clips 2 tires at 100 on the Annex line before pulling into the Kelly's 100. Claudio sheds a wear on the line in the Hairpin at 80. A bit late. I update the charts about as slowly as I drive. :sigh:
I'll try to do better, at both I hope.

Rando, denied the line, sheds 2 tires in the Annex 40 at 80. He slides in front of the #24 on the rail. Jim heads into the Hairpin at 100 and takes the 40 for 2 wear plus a roll on the chance table (naked 8). The #99 spins! With the line blocked, Chris takes the Annex 60's for 2 wear.

Joe pulls into the Hairpin at 100 and drops 2 wear in the 60's for the privilege. John pulls up to the Annex at 120 on the inside (?).

Now Cole, when that little needle goes up into the red and reads *nine thousand RPM*, that's bad!

Turn 26 Summary

Chris takes Kelly's on the outside rail at 120 and grabs the line in front of Eakins. At 120, Tim C. cuts to the line in Kelly's for free then tucks into the Eakin's 80's for 2 wear.

Jim comes out of his spin at 60 and with gentlemanly manners, does not block the line for the trailing cars. Joe pulls past the #99 at 100 and slots into the Kelly's 100. John burns 2 wear in the Annex 60's then grabs the line in front of Kelly's.

There is some shuffling in the back as John makes a bold move to jump up three spots. Everyone is on the final lap now.

Turn 30 Summary

An RM plot from Dave :frown:. Giuseppe shows off his driving skill, just inches from the Academy wall.

Turn 31 Summary
William pulls out of the Bend at 140. Dave gets distracted and misses the line in the Library - the RM plot takes him through the 100's at 100 for free. Jeff drops to 100 and takes the Library line for free. Kevin, at 100, gets hung up in the Library 100's.

Tony finishes the Circle at 80. Claudio clips 2 wear running the Logan 80's at 120 and pulls alongside the #2.

Tim B. looks to bottle up the Circle as he enters the Logan 80's for free at 80. Rando, at 100, gets shoved out to the less than ideal Logan 100's*. Giuseppe takes the Academy 80's at 100 and tosses out his big chip in lieu of wear (modified 6). Will runs the Academy line at 80 for free.

At 100, John burns off speed in the Academy 80's for a wear and tucks in behind the #94. Joe takes the Academy line for free at 80. Tim C. follows the groove of the #5 Chevy, also at 80. At 80, Chris preps the line in front of the Academy Corner. Jim makes contact with the pack at 120 through the Franklin for a wear.

*If we ever run this again, I think the extra space in the Logan 100's should be removed. That's a huge disadvantage.

Dave's plot got lost somewhere in the internets. He provided proof of sending it before the deadline.

I've fixed the placement of the car (line at 100) but I'm leaving the chart alone as there are no worthy changes to make. No other car plots are affected.

The current deadline will stand.
