Corrections:

1) There was no bounce in Budapest. The wing in Rumania was dislodged, therefore the airlift failed, and the army in Lviv successfully reached Budapest.

2) VOL now belongs to Turkey, not Russia.

3) I incorrectly assigned MIN to USA instead of Australia, which affects both of their adjustment numbers.

4) This one is sort of a doozy. Apparently in the 2016 game year, I accidentally removed ODE as a supply center. This was incorrect, and unfortunately it screwed Italy out of a build. I'm not sure there's really anyhing to be done about that except to send my apologies. Rather than compound the error by keeping it out, what I will do is add it back in.

5) There were a few other adjustment counts that were off as well. I think they've all been fixed.
