NEWS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE Pirate activity spotted in the Java Sea as Indonesian mariners are taken by surprise by Black Beard the Fierce. Rumors of other pirate activity persist, but we have been unable to obtain more specific information. Other rumors of terrorist activity have turned up as well. We caution all citizens to remain on their guard.
As for the rest of the world, we'll keep this brief. Vietnam attempted to put on their own NukeCon, but no one attended. Perhaps their invitations got lost in the mail?
