Spring 2016 Moves:

NFATG reports the Chinese provinces of Cheng Du, Lanzhou, and Qinghai are in the process of rebuilding after devastating strikes made against them last year. Many new buildings were constructed and new walls around the city have been placed. Unfortuately, radiation fall-out has placed further construction on hold.

Meanwhile, reports out of Poland appaear to have been premature. Polish spies reported having hacked the Russian nuclear program and altered the trajectories of several nukes. However, when reporters caught up to these "spies", they were found at the Mount Suhora Observatory surrounded by empty bottles of Vodka while WarGames was running in a loop on their monitors.

Elsewhere, several cities in South America are on high alert after recent terrorist attacks have caused mayhem in the streets of Cordoba and Santiago. Local officials have asked for military assistance to calm things down, but so far their requests have been ignored. The office of the President of Argentina has not returned our calls.

GM Notes
Somehow, CHE, LNZ, and QNG got their cities back during the spring. I have fixed that. No idea how that happened, but it hasn't affected play so we carry on.

I made a mistake regarding the Argentina fleet in BRZ. It has an option to retreat to PTO, and was not automatically disbanded.
